Effects of LSD
An LSD trip starts in an hour or half after ingesting LSD. The peak is after to six hours and disappears after twelve hours depending on the dosage. The users of LSD may have hallucinations such as emphasized colors, contorted shapes and sizes, and moving static objects. There are contortions in hearing and understanding the time and place. The physical effect are small when compared to psychological and emotional effects. Emotional reactions vary but the all include emphasized self-assertiveness and mystical or ecstatic experiences. The users of LSD often tell they have felt out of body experiences. On the next day after tripping the user may feel anxiety or depression and usually slight fatigue.
Risks of LSD
Because LSD has such a powerful impact on mind, negative experiences are more likely to occur if the user is unstable state of mind, feeling anxiety or depressed. Sometimes the user may feel anxiety, depression, lightheadedness, and sometimes hallucination and paranoia containing small periods of time. The likelihood of accidents increases when user is under the influence of LSD, especially driving a bike or a motorcycle can be especially dangerous.
